I love the start of a new year… Cleaning up, getting organized…. It’s a great time to go through last year’s images and remember the ones I loved.. Well the day has finally arrived, my baby girl Stella celebrated her first birthday… We made her an owl birthday cake and she loved her first taste of chocolate, definitely takes after her Mom… :)
I love the enthusiastic response to the cake… I just love this little girl…., I’m so excited to watch her grow and I can’t wait to see her start walking… she is getting so close…..

My daughter Stella is just about to turn one in a few days and I have been spending alot of time reminiscing about this last year and wondering what kind of person she will grow up to be… My biggest wish is that she and her brother stay close, there is nothing better than watching them play together… It doesn’t happen often just yet but I hope that will change as they grow up together…
There has been a major construction project on our street the last few weeks and the kids have been keeping a close eye on it on a daily basis.. I love using the windowsill to see how tall they are getting, I remember when Callum had to peer over it… He is growing like a weed these days!

My son has the craziest eyelashes… The kind women yearn to have… perfectly curled… long… thick…. I know these will drive the ladies crazy in a few years…. I don’t think I will ever be ready for that phase… I’m just glad it’s still a few years away… :)
