I have been so excited to post this session but I have been so busy editing and designing holiday cards for my clients that I have had to keep post-poning this blog post… Well I can’t wait any longer!
These little bundles of cuteness can to the studio when they were only 7 days old… I have to commend their Mommy on being so organized, they even got to the shoot early! Anyone who has ever left the house with a new baby, let alone two new babies knows what a feat that it! After having lots of yummy sleepy milk these two cuties went to sleep and were oh-so co-operative and let me position in them in all kinds of adorable poses…. I love photographing newborns because it reminds of how quickly they change and how they don’t stay this vulnerable and little for long…

What a gorgeous fall day! There are so many fabulous wedding photos from this wedding it was impossible to decide which to blog about….I love the energy that this wedding had, everyone was smiling, laughing and having some serious fun! I was introduced to this couple from the groom’s brother, I photographed his wedding a few years ago so it’s always nice to know that the photos were well received and it’s great to be at a wedding and see lots of familiar faces. It was the first wedding that I photographed at the new Vancouver convention centre, what a beautiful venue. The weather co-operated, so the ceremony was held outdoors, those north shore mountains make quite the backdrop for a wedding ceremony… I loved the touch with the oyster shells as the wedding favour, what a sweet way to incorporate the engagement story into the festivities. I wish I had such a good story to tell about my engagement.
Thank you Michelle and Mike for letting me share your wedding day with you, I hope your Italian honeymoon was “molto bello”!

This is the great part about beach shots in October, you don’t have to worry about half naked people getting in the way!
